How do I set up the same credentials for Track and Plan?
Starting August 14th, the next time you log in to either tool, we’ll send you an email with a link to set your Toggl account password. After completing this process, you’ll be able to log in to both Toggl Track and Toggl Plan with the same credentials.
Do I need to do something now?
No, this is just a heads-up so as not to interrupt your workflow. Starting August 14th, you will need to complete the process mentioned above to continue using Toggl Track and/or Toggl Plan.
Why are credentials being shared between Track and Plan?
We have many users who use both Toggl Track and Toggl Plan in their daily workflow, and we thank you for doing so. The shared account will enable you to operate more smoothly between the two products, and it will also allow us to introduce more integrated features across both tools in the future. Stay tuned!
