Analytics have moved to My Reports, where you’ll find all your previous dashboards and charts.
In the “My Reports” tab, you have complete flexibility to build dashboards tailored to both internal and external stakeholders.
This section is only available to paid users, but you can preview it using this link
In the list of “My Reports”, you will find regular reports that you saved and shared, as well as custom reports built from scratch by you or your team. You can filter this table to show all report, or only those created by you or by your team.
To create a custom report, click on the button “New Report” on the top right
The first thing you should do is adding a chart. You can choose among the following chart types:
Bar
Grouped Bar
Stacked Bar
Donut
Line
Multi-line
Table
Pivot table
Whenever a new chart is added, a random metric and group is selected to pre-populate the chart. But you can edit the chart and customize it however you need. You can add up to 10 charts per custom report.
After adding your charts, you can:
Enter a name for this Dashboard
Enter a Description
Choose your Filters
Filters can be added to the whole report or to each chart. Adding the filter to the whole report affects all charts at once. You can also apply rounding to the chart individually and enable advanced settings to the chart, such as:
Hide weekends: Visually remove weekends from charts grouped by weekday. Doesn’t impact the totals data
Combine Group with the same name: Merge projects or tasks of the same name into one
Group similar entries: Merge similar time entries into one
Show rates: Breakdown the rows by different billable rates
All changes made are auto-saved
After creating a custom report, you can:
Export it to PDF, CSV or XLS
Share internally or via link
Schedule it periodically to your e-mail inbox
