The iCal integration is a great way to subscribe to your time entries and see them in your calendar.

With our iCalendar integration, you can subscribe to your time entries and see them in an external calendar, such as Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.

How to subscribe to your tasks using Google Calendar?

In the Toggl Track web app

  1. Click on the Integrations tab on the left side of the page in the Toggl Track web application.

  2. Click on the "Copy URL" button.

How to subscribe to your tasks using Apple Calendar?

In the Toggl Track web app

  2. Click on the "Copy URL" button.

In Apple Calendar

  1. Open the Mac Calendar app.

Things to keep in mind

  • The iCalendar integration is a feature available with Toggl Track paid plans, it can't be used with the Free plan

  • When you add the iCal link, the feed only sends your time entries from the past two weeks, anything from before that is not exported. After two weeks though, you will still see older time entries in the iCal feed, if your calendar allows for this.

  • The feed is one-way which means that you will get a read-only view of your time entries in the calendar. Deleting time entries in the calendar will not delete them in Track.

  • Google may take up to 12 hours to update the calendar with new time entries, or if you update a time entry. It can even take up to 24 hours. We're sorry, there's nothing we can do to improve this :(

  • While this integration has only been tested in Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, Toggl Track users have reported the integration working in other services (like Yahoo Calendar) as well.

  • You can pause sync at any time by clicking on the three-dots icon and selecting "Pause sync".
