Discounts

Do you work for a non-profit or an educational institution? Are you a student? Please answer these questions when you reach out  to us

• What type of work will you track using Toggl Track?
• Do you plan to track time alone or with a group of other students/co-workers?
• Which features in the Starter plan do you need (Tasks, Billable rates, adding more licenses, etc.)?

Your account must be created with an official organization email address (avoid Gmail or Hotmail) and your message must include a link to the organization's website. The organization must be a registered NGO or CIC (UK only). If you are a student, please create your account under your official student email address.

Discount details:

• Non-profit discounts are typically 30–50% off paid plans.
• Student discounts give the Starter plan free (100% off) for up to 6 months and cannot be extended. Students are limited to the Starter plan.
• Discounts are granted for a set period: 6 months for monthly subscriptions, or 12 months for annual subscriptions (covering one annual cycle). You must reach out to us before the discount expires to request a renewal, as discounts do not renew automatically.
• If a subscription renews after the discount period lapses, we cannot provide a refund for the missed discount, though a new discount can be applied going forward.
• Universities or organizations needing Premium features or an extended discount can contact us for a custom offer.
