Upgrading to a Paid Plan

In this article: sign up for a new subscription, cancelling the subscription, changing billing information, changing payment method, downloading invoices

Signing up to a paid plan and managing your subscription happens on the Subscription page.

To get to the Subscription page click “More” in the left side menu, then click “Subscription”.

 

Sign up for a new subscription

  • Go to Subscription page; (link is revealed by clicking ‘More’ in left menu).
  • Click on “All Plans”
  • Select which plan you’d like to sign up for (see how they differ here)
  • Choose your preferred payment schedule: monthly or annual by toggling the switch at the top of the page to “Monthly Billing” or “Annual Billing”
  • Select a payment method (currently, our system will by default ask for a credit card. For more information on paying via Purchase Order, please click here)

NOTE: If your address is within the EU and you don’t enter a valid EU registered VAT number, we’ll have to add VAT on top of your fee.

 

Cancelling the Subscription

 

  • Go to Subscription page; (link is revealed by clicking ‘More’ in left menu).
  • Select All Plans tab.
  • Click Downgrade to Free button.

NOTE:

  • No refunds are made for any payments that have already been made.
  • When subscription is cancelled, Workspace will either be:
    • put back on our Free plan – with up to 5 users in Workspace;
    • be suspended – with 5+ users in Workspace.
  • If subscription is cancelled before the free 30-day trial ends, no charges will be made from your credit card / PayPal account.

 

Changing billing information

 

  • Go to Subscription page; (link is revealed by clicking ‘More’ in left menu).
  • Select the “Overview” tab
  • Click “Change Billing Info” inside of the “Billing Info” area
  • Enter your new billing information

Changing payment method

 

  • Go to Subscription page; (link is revealed by clicking ‘More’ in left menu).
  • Select the “Overview” tab
  • Click “Change Payment Info” or “Add Payment Info” in the “Payment Info” area (see screenshot)
  • Confirm your billing information
  • Select the new payment method
  • Enter your credit card details

Downloading Invoices

  • Go to Subscription page; (link is revealed by clicking ‘More’ in left menu).
  • Select “Invoices and Payments”
  • Hover over the invoice so that the download option appears
  • Click the chosen invoice and it will begin to download as a PDF
