How Does it Work?
By enabling this integration you will be able to track time in Toggl while using Zendesk. In other words, instead of visiting the Toggl website whenever you want to Start or Stop the timer you’ll be able to interact with the timer directly on the Zendesk website. With the integration active you will see a “Start timer” button inside the Zendesk interface.
Enabling the Toggl-Zendesk Integration
- Download and install the Toggl Button Chrome Extension.
- Open the extension Settings and click on the “Permissions” tab.
- Enable the zendesk.com integration.
Starting the Timer in Zendesk
To start tracking time in Zendesk simply click on the “Start timer” button located inside each Zendesk ticket. The subject line of the ticket you’re working on will be used as the description for your time entry.
