How can I reset my password?
Forgot your password or need to reset it? Here's how:
Steps to reset a password

Signed up with Google or Apple sign-in?
The above instructions also work if you signed up with Apple/Google and now need to get a Toggl Track password.
How to change a password?
- Open the Profile page.
- Click on Account Settings
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Click the Update Password button
- Enter your existing, and new, password.
Not receiving the password reset email?
If the reset email doesn't arrive:
- Check your spam and junk folders.
- Add Toggl to your safe senders list. Password reset emails are sent from support@toggl.com, so allow this address (and the toggl.com domain) in your inbox.
- Reset emails can bounce and become blocked if they were previously marked as spam. If you've done the above and still receive nothing, contact our support team so we can clear (unbounce) the block on your email address, after which you can request the reset again.
Still can't reset your password or login?
If you do not receive a reset password email, are unable to reset your password, or unable to log in, please contact our support team!
Not receiving the reset email? First check your spam/junk folder. If the email still doesn't arrive, it may be that no account exists for that email address, or your previous account was deleted due to inactivity (see below). Contact our support team so we can look into it.
Can I recover an old account I no longer have access to?
Inactive accounts are permanently deleted after 6 months of inactivity. Before deletion, we send three reminder emails to the account's email address. Once an inactive account has been deleted, its data is permanently gone and cannot be recovered. In that case, you'll need to create a new account and start fresh.
