Shortcuts in Toggl Focus

You can do almost everything in Toggl Focus without touching your mouse. Keyboard shortcuts let you create tasks, start and stop timers, jump between views, and enter Focus mode in a single keystroke. Once you learn the basics: A to add a task, S to start tracking, F to focus, you will move through the app significantly faster. Press ? at any time inside Toggl Focus to see the full shortcut list. This guide breaks them all down by context so you can find exactly what you need.

Task creation

• Type A in Inbox or Calendar view to start creating task inline
  • add a title to your task, then + to add a project name,
  • set priority with P1, P2 and P3
  • type a date to add a due date
• type command + enter in MacOS/ctrl + enter in Windows to open the task modal
• type command + enter in MacOS/ctrl + enter in Windows again to save the task and close the modal
