# Payment plans at Toggl Track

Our free plan covers basic time-tracking needs. It allows you add a limited number of users to track time for free! However, you can upgrade your Organization to a paid subscription so you can add more users and unlock more powerful features. Each member you add to your organization is assigned a license, which is what you're billed for — see [Understanding licenses in Toggl Track](https://support.toggl.com/en-us/article/understanding-licenses-in-toggl-track-jk034e/).
