# Can I set start and end dates for Projects?

Yes, Toggl Track projects can have Start and End Dates. This can be done while both [creating a new](https://support.toggl.com/en-us/article/creating-projects-jrbd27), or [editing an existing project](https://support.toggl.com/en-us/article/managing-projects-1lvd6h7). You can sort based on this timeframe on the [Projects](https://track.toggl.com/projects) page.

Please note, a Project will not be archived or deleted on its end date. However, a recurring project will stop creating more recurrences on the end date.
