Can Toggl Track take screenshots of my employee's screen while they work?

Toggl Track does not support screenshot functionality or app usage monitoring in any of our apps. Our Timeline feature also does not take screenshots, nor is the data collected by it visible to any other user.
Our mission at Toggl Track is to help teams to establish a relationship of trust and it's something that we have practiced here for a long time as well. Whilst it does come with the inherent risks of people not working, we also noticed that if this is the case it does become obvious very quickly if someone is taking advantage and the trade off for staff morale and happiness has been huge.
