Workspace
Everything you do, gets allocated to a workspace.
Pro subscriptions, Settings and Reports are all workspace-based.
Workspace settings
The Settings - Workspace(1) page will be different depending on your workspace plan (Free or Pro).
For both, you can edit the workspace name (2) and modify Tags in this section. Enter the new tag name and Add (3), later you can edit or delete the tag when you hover over it (4):

Pro workspace administrators can see some additional fields:
-
The default rate and currency (5) that are set here will be used when you set a time entry as billable, but don't have any other billable specifications for its project or client set.
-
The time rounding (6) that you specify here will be applied after you turn rounding 'On' within your Report. To do that, click on the Tools wheel next to 'Duration' (7):
- By default, all workspace users can create projects and clients and see billable rates, but these access rights can be restricted in this section also (8).
- Your company logo (9) can be set and changed here. This logo will be displayed on all printable and PDF reports.
Working with multiple workspaces
One user can belong to several workspaces. For example you may be a member of the workspace of a company you work for and also have your own workspace for freelance work.
The Home page timers include projects and tasks from all of your workspaces.
In Reports and Settings, only one workspace can be active at a time, so you can run reports and edit settings of one workspace at a time.
You can check and change the active workspace from the top left of your screen (1). This is also the place where you can add a new workspace (2):
Note that when you add time entries, if you add an entry with no project attached to it, the entry is automatically recorded into the workspace that you last viewed in your Reports or Settings section.
Deleting a workspace
-
If you are no longer using a workspace and wish to delete it you need to go to Settings - Team and remove all your team members from the workspace.
-
Then remove yourself from the workspace: Go to Settings - Workspace and click on the red 'Leave the workspace' link on the sidebar on the right.
-
After you have left the workspace and all other members have also been removed, the workspace will get deleted automatically and it can't be accessed any more. All data from the workspace will be deleted permanently.
Please note:
-
Only workspace administrators can remove team members.
-
Workspaces with active subscriptions cannot be deleted. You need to cancel your subscription before you can delete the workspace.
