Inviting workspace team members

To invite other people into your workspace team, go to Settings - Team, enter their e-mail address in the box shown and simply click 'Invite'.

If they are Toggl users already, the invitation will show on their home page when they next log in. If they don't have a Toggl account yet, they'll receive an invitation email.

No invitation email received

Toggl emails sometimes get blocked by the receivers' Spam filters - on the email provider level, and sometimes even the internet provider level.

Firstly, please check your Spam box to see if the invitation is there.

If it is not, follow these steps:

1) Ask the workspace administrator to remove the invitation that they sent;

2) Go and sign up for a Toggl account independently;

3) Ask the administrator to invite you to their workspace again using the same email address you used to sign up.

You will now see the invitation on your account when your log in to Toggl and do not need to receive an invitation email.

Note that now you are a member in two workspaces, so you should read the Knowledge base article on how this works to minimize confusions later.

If you wish to leave/close the unused workspace, you can do that on the bottom left of the Settings -> Workspace page. Please make sure you are leaving the correct workspace, though, as that action is irreversible.
