Toggl pricing

• Toggl Pro plan costs 5.00 USD per user per month;

• First-time Pro plan subscribers get a 30-day free trial period;

• There are discounts for teams of 40+ members - contact support for details;

• You can pay by credit card or via Paypal;

• Billing is monthly and automatic from your specified payment channel;

• A new invoice will be generated each month, calculating the number of users in your workspaces x $5.00;

• You can also pay in advance;

• You can add or remove team members at any time, your invoice will simply reflect it when the time comes;

• All information about your workspace payments is displayed on the Settings - Subscription & Billing page

Changing card details or payment method

1) Go to Settings - Subscription & Billing and look to the 'Billing information' section;

2) Click on 'change payment details' (1):

3) Choose your desired payment method and hit 'continue';

4) Enter the details in the forms that come up as necessary.

When a payment fails....

... you will be sent an email to let you know. We will attempt another charge automatically, up to 6 days after the initial failed payment.

The common errors payment errors you might receive include:

• Refused - the payment was declined by the issuer (your) bank; a common reason here is that there are insufficient funds;

• Referral - the payment was declined by the issuer (your) bank; you'll need to contact your bank for details;

• Acquirer Error - payment was declined because of an error with the aquirer;

• Invalid Card Number - declined because the card number does not exist;

• Issuer Unavailable - declined because of a system error at the issuer (your) bank side;

• Fraud - declined by the payment gateway due to fraud suspicion.

Pre-payments

In addition to monthly payments, you can pay ahead for several months at a time. To do this:

• Go to Settings - Subscription & Billing:

• Next to your general billing information, you can see a Pre-payment section. Your existing balance is always be displayed at the top (2). Select how much you wish to pay from the drop-down (3) and click 'Pay!' (4):

• You will be asked to confirm your payment and notified again that there are no refunds for pre-payments. Once you click 'Make payment' there, the payment will automatically be made - there will be no additional checks and no refunds later.

Your monthly charges will always be deducted first from the pre-paid balance. If there is insufficient balance in your account your credit card or Paypal account will be charged for the remaining amount automatically.

You can add more funds if necessary at any time. You can always add or remove users, your balance will be deducted by the correct sum automatically.

Please note:

• Your current balance cannot be withdrawn from the account;

• Refunds cannot be made for pre-payments, even if you stop using Toggl before your balance runs out.

• The time span (3 months, 6 months, 12 months) is only indicative and will change if your workspace team size changes.
