Projects: General information
Projects belong under workspaces
There are various optional features you can use with projects:
- assign clients;
- track time on your own or in a team;
- set billable rates, estimates, tasks, and varying user rights;
- archive or delete them completely;
- generate reports.
Sharing projects with team members
Multiple people can track time to one project, depending on whether the project is private (default) or public:

Private projects are only accessible to the project team members. Each member can only see their own tracked times. Project managers and workspace administrators can generate reports on the whole team's time records.

Public projects are accessible to all workspace users, meaning they can all track time to that project and see every time entry that has been tracked under the project by other users.
Changing project privacy settings
- Select Settings -> Projects -> 'Project name'
2. Scroll down to Team and
tick/untick 'Project is accessible only to the team'
Adding projects

Select Settings -> Projects

Click on 'New Project' and enter Project details
or

Select Home and click in the 'What are you working on' field to display the whole field;

Click 'Create a new project'
Note: By default, every workspace member can create projects, this can be changed to 'Only admins may create projects' under workspace settings. Projects cannot be moved around between workspaces.
