make manually editing times easier

It would be nice if toggl (both desktop and web) would recognize 4 numeric digits as a time value without requiring the ":". For example, if I type "1430", toggl could pretty easily recognize that as "14:30" which would make time editing super easy especially with a 10-key numeric key-pad (which doesn't have a ":").
